Bego has been such an important part of the documentary and our entire team are richer for having met him. We thank Bego for his time, his stories and his patience in sharing his tragic account of the Srebrenica Massacre on the 11th July 1995.

Bego is a softly spoken, kind man. He welcomed us into his home and shared his experiences. We were introduced to his brother, who died during the filming of the documentary. Bego's only wish is for his children to have a better life, jobs, homes and prosperity.
